Following on from last year, Berowra Wallabies and Hornsby Junior Oztag are offering a $10 discount.

Key points:

Discount is for players who wish to play Oztag in Berowra Wallaby teams. This includes existing players, returning players as well as friends of players wishing to join a Wallaby team. Please note that by accepting the discount you will abide by our code of conduct and are happy to play on a Berowra Wallaby team.

Registration this year is through the ‘Assemble’ platform (see below link) 

Teams are made up of 8 players on the field at any time. Teams to have between 10-12 players per team

If you have a team organized, a delegate or manager from that team should email oztag@berowrawallabies.com.au and we will create a team on the Assemble platform. We will then send a link to the delegate for players to then register and join the team.

If you are an individual player or group of players that does not have a full team then register your child to one of the following Berowra Wallaby teams;

U6 Berowra Wallabies (this is a mixed team)
U8 Berowra Wallabies Boys
U10 Berowra Wallabies Boys
U12 Berowra Wallabies Boys
U14 Berowra Wallabies Boys

What day is Oztag?
Oztag is played on a Monday afternoon at Foxglove Oval, Mount Colah. We suggest following Hornsby & St Ives Junior Oztag on Facebook for information regarding draw, wet weather, etc

This is a 10 week comp + Finals starting 15th Sept, 2025

Uniforms – Shorts
Official Oztag shorts or tights are to be worn. No league tag shorts, belts, etc to be worn. Official Oztag shorts are available to be purchased online or from Hornsby Oztag at Foxglove on Monday afternoons

Coaches
Oztag is a social, fun sport to keep kids active and playing sport with their friends and making new friends. Teams are not graded. There is no training or coaches.

Each team should have a delegate/manager to set up team chats groups and communicate any important information

Berowra Wallabies proudly continue to support and participate in the Hornsby Touch community. Many of our players actively participate in touch football over the summer and attend state championships, using this fantastic incubator to keep their skills sharp during the off-season. Touch football not only strengthens our players' abilities but also fosters a sense of unity and sportsmanship that extends beyond the field.
